2. UK Shipping

- Cost: FREE on all UK orders
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
3. International Shipping
- Shipping Method: Royal Mail International Tracked
- Cost: £9.99
- Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 working days, depending on destination
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incline Peps is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order:

- Is marked as delivered but cannot be found

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Incline Peps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Incline Peps is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the courier. However, we will assist you in contacting the courier and investigating the issue where possible.
