Returns & Refund Policy for Incline Peps

At Incline Peps, we aim to provide high-quality products and a clear, fair returns process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns – Change of Mind (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us at info@inclinepeps.co.uk as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is no longer eligible for an immediate refund. Customers must instead follow our Returns & Refund Policy and return the item in accordance with the conditions outlined above.

Please note that returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Damaged by the customer
  • Not in the same condition as received

Once a product has been opened or used in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or refund, unless it is faulty.


4. Return Process

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for purpose

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund.

We may require evidence (such as photos) before processing your claim.


8. Late or Missing Returns

If you fail to:

  • Notify us within the 14-day return window, or
  • Return the item within 14 days after notifying us
