Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are prepared within 1–5 working days after payment has been received.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 4–8 working days.

In total, orders may take up to 12 working days from payment to delivery.
(Weekends and public holidays are not included in these timeframes.)

These estimates are designed to reflect realistic handling, batch processing, and courier timelines.

Tracking Information

Receiving a tracking number does not mean your parcel will arrive immediately.

Tracking details are often issued before the shipment has been fully processed by the courier. Updates will only appear once the parcel has been scanned into their system. In some cases, this can take several days or longer, depending on processing times.

It is normal to experience a gap between:

• Receiving your tracking number
• Seeing the first tracking update
• Final delivery of your order

• Tracking may take a few days to become active
